The client operates as a social care provider and government officials are the target audience of the company. As the situation was, the website they were using was lackluster and obsolete. The needed it to be revamped and have a bespoke design.
The old website was cumbersome to navigate. It was virtually impossible to find out what their core values were and the services that they offered.
The client needed to add a Wow-factor to their website, which at the time did not have any interactivity at all.

In order to give the site a WOW-Factor, we had to go back to the drawing board. The aesthetics and content of the site had to be interactive and captivating. We also had to come up with a layout that was easy to browse through, but also kept all crucial information intact, on one page if possible.
In-depth optimization, analysis and user testing followed the design. The results were pleasing to the client. As is the case with all our sites, we monitored the performance and made necessary tweaks to make the site more findable and attractive to clients.
RESULT
The client conversion rate went up by an impressive 60%, and the bounce rate plummeted down to 30% from 60%.
